Stayed at days inn for two nights. The location was great. It's in downtown with plenty of options nearby. I loved the free breakfast offered every morning, and there's also a fitness center. Parking was easy and convenient!

Spotless room with a large bathroom, had a really great stay. It was nice to have a microwave oven and coffee/tea making equipment available. The location of the property was quiet, central to many restaurants.

The hotel is located just a short walk from numerous restaurants and shops. There's easy access to public transit. Each room comes equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker which is handy for late-night snacks.
The jacuzzi in the King Suite needed repairing and was out of service for the duration of the stay, leaving some high expectations unmet. There were reports of dirty rooms, including mouldy shower grout and peeling paint.

Overall cost compared to other hotels in the area for the same time period.
Parking not available during daytime hours because local offices park in that parking lot even though parking included with stay is advertised. When I asked staff about parking, the answer was to come back after 4:30 and there would be a spot - as a registered guest in day 2 of my stay, this is an unacceptable response.

We were in Hamilton for a wedding held downtown. The location was perfect and we were able to walk and explore the downtown area while leaving our car in the hotel parking lot. There was no fee for parking. The hotel was staffed 24 hrs.and the parking lot was well lit and clearly visible from the front desk. Because we'd had a prior break in at a hotel parking lot in a different city, this was important to us. It was also nice to enjoy the continental breakfast. This hotel is small but fairly new and has all the basic comforts one would need for a short weekend stay. It was well designed with a microwave, small fridge, closet, iron and board all packed in to our small space.
The hotel has only 2 floors but no elevator. The breakfast area was small as was our room.

If you enjoy paying premium rates for broken jacuzzis and rude staff who can't even be bothered to change your towels, then this place is perfect for you. No complimentary upgrade for my inconvenience, shockingly! And don't even get me started on the non-working vending machines. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but I just couldn't.

The price was good, the accommodations were clean and comfortable. The hair dryer in room 128 did not work, told front desk on checkout and they said they would be replacing it. Overall we were happy. It was my second stay there. Very quiet.
No real complaints

I was pleased with the quietness within the Hotel, I really felt relaxed and comfortable. The room was clean and neat in a blink of time after I left it to do some shopping. I enjoyed the free wireless Internet connection. Last but not least, the shopping center being so near was highly appreciated!
The fact that there is no restaurant indoors.
